This is because you have taken the time to build trust and mutual respect. Now, this is like having many sales people out there walking and talking about your business and handing out your business cards. Word of mouth advertising and referrals!! That is money in the bank.  

HR Business Networking: Sharing common HR problems and challenges helps to reach a solution. The HR group brings their strengths and weakness together to explore common viable business solutions. The goal of the HR group is to help their companies and candidates make stable hiring and employment decisions.
